Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Lifeline Turkey website or our services. By accessing or using this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.

Effective Date: [June 2026] Website: [lifelineturkey.com]

Important Notice: The information provided on this website is intended for general informational purposes only and should not be considered medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, please discontinue using this website.

1. Who We Are & The Nature of Our Service

Lifeline Turkey is a medical-travel facilitator. We connect international patients with independent, board-certified surgeons, specialists, and accredited partner hospitals in Turkey, and we coordinate the related consultations, travel, and accommodation.

It is important that you understand the following:

  • Lifeline Turkey is not a hospital, clinic, or healthcare provider, and does not itself provide medical or surgical treatment, diagnosis, or clinical advice.
  • All medical treatment is provided by independent third-party hospitals, clinics, and doctors who are solely responsible for the clinical care they deliver and for their own professional and legal obligations.
  • Our role is to facilitate, coordinate, and support your treatment journey — not to perform or supervise the treatment itself.
  • The treating doctor and hospital, not Lifeline Turkey, are responsible for clinical decisions, surgical outcomes, and the standard of medical care provided.

2. Website Purpose

The Lifeline Turkey website is designed to provide general information about the treatments we coordinate, our partner network, and the medical-travel services we offer.

The website is intended to:

  • Provide educational information about treatments available in Turkey, such as cosmetic and plastic surgery, IVF and fertility care, hair transplantation, dental treatment, and other procedures.
  • Allow patients to learn about the types of specialists and accredited hospitals in our partner network.
  • Enable patients to request a free consultation, a treatment plan, or a callback.
  • Share health and treatment information through articles, blogs, and patient resources.

All medical decisions should be made only after consulting with a qualified healthcare professional.

3. Medical Disclaimer

All medical information provided on this website is for general educational purposes only.

This information:

  • Does not constitute medical advice or treatment recommendations.
  • Should not replace consultation with a qualified specialist.
  • May not apply to your individual medical situation.
  • May change as medical knowledge evolves.

Treatment outcomes vary based on age, medical condition, lifestyle factors, and other clinical variables. Neither Lifeline Turkey nor our partner clinics guarantee specific treatment outcomes. Patients are encouraged to consult a qualified specialist before making any medical decision.

4. Consultations, Quotes & Bookings

Consultations and treatment plans may be requested through website forms, phone calls, WhatsApp, or email.

Please note:

  • Submitting a form or enquiry does not create a confirmed booking until verified by our team.
  • A patient coordinator will contact you to discuss your case and confirm the next steps.
  • Quotes and treatment plans are estimates based on the information you provide, and may be revised after an in-person assessment by the treating doctor.
  • Final treatment decisions, suitability, and surgical planning are determined by the treating doctor, not by Lifeline Turkey.
  • Lifeline Turkey reserves the right to reschedule appointments or adjust arrangements where necessary, including for clinical, operational, or travel reasons.
  • You must provide accurate and complete information, including relevant medical history, when requesting a consultation or treatment.

5. Eligibility & Legal Limitations on Treatment

Some treatments are subject to legal restrictions in Turkey, and not every patient or request can be accommodated.

In particular, Turkish law permits IVF only for legally married couples using their own eggs and sperm. Donor eggs, donor sperm, embryo donation, and surrogacy are not legal in Turkey. If your treatment requires any of these, we will tell you honestly at the consultation stage rather than after you have travelled.

Your suitability for any treatment is determined by the treating doctor following assessment. Lifeline Turkey and its partner clinics reserve the right to decline to proceed where treatment is not clinically appropriate, not legally permitted, or not in the patient’s interest.

6. Treatment Outcomes

Medical and surgical treatments involve complex factors, and results vary from patient to patient.

Treatment success depends on factors including:

  • Patient age and overall health
  • Diagnosis and underlying medical conditions
  • Response to medications and treatment protocols
  • The nature and complexity of the procedure
  • Lifestyle factors and adherence to aftercare

Any success rates, before-and-after examples, or indicative results mentioned on the website are general estimates only and must not be considered guarantees of outcome.

7. Pricing, Payment & Fees

Treatment costs and package prices vary depending on the procedure, the surgeon, the hospital, the medications required, and the complexity of your case.

Important points:

  • Indicative prices on the website are starting estimates only. Your final, personalised quote is provided after consultation.
  • The all-inclusive quote will set out clearly what is and is not included (for example, flights are typically not included, and certain medications or additional procedures may incur extra charges).
  • Payment terms, accepted currencies, and any deposit requirements will be confirmed in writing before treatment.
  • Additional tests, medications, or procedures recommended by the treating doctor may incur additional charges.
  • Lifeline Turkey reserves the right to revise fees where necessary, though confirmed quotes for booked treatment will be honoured as agreed.

8. Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refunds

Patients may cancel or reschedule by contacting us directly.

General guidelines include:

  • Please inform us as far in advance as possible for any changes to appointments or travel.
  • Deposits, and the cancellation terms attached to them, will be explained in writing at the time of booking.
  • Certain treatments — particularly IVF cycles and surgical bookings — may have specific cancellation terms set by the partner clinic, which will be outlined during treatment planning.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to non-refundable costs already incurred on your behalf (such as hotel bookings, transfers, or clinic deposits).

9. Travel, Accommodation & Personal Responsibility

Lifeline Turkey coordinates hotel, airport transfers, and itinerary as part of your package, but the following remain your responsibility:

  • Obtaining a valid passport, visa, and any travel documents required to enter Turkey.
  • Arranging your own flights, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Arranging appropriate travel and/or medical insurance where you wish to be covered.
  • Disclosing accurate and complete medical information so that your treatment can be planned safely.

You are responsible for following the pre-operative and post-operative instructions given by your treating doctor. Failure to follow medical instructions may affect your outcome and your eligibility for any follow-up care.

10. Intellectual Property

All content published on this website is the intellectual property of Lifeline Turkey (or its licensors) and is protected under applicable copyright laws.

This includes website text and articles, images and graphics, logos and branding, profiles and information, and blog and educational content.

Content may be viewed for personal use only. Reproduction, redistribution, modification, or commercial use without written permission is strictly prohibited.

11. User Responsibilities

By using this website, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information when submitting forms or enquiries.
  • Use the website only for lawful purposes.
  • Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to website systems.
  • Not upload or transmit harmful content such as malware or spam.
  • Not misuse the website or its content.

Lifeline Turkey reserves the right to restrict access to users who violate these terms.

12. Third-Party Links

This website may contain links to third-party websites or external resources.

Please note:

  • Lifeline Turkey does not control or endorse third-party websites.
  • We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of external websites.
  • You should review the terms and policies of any external website you visit.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Lifeline Turkey shall not be liable for:

  • Errors or inaccuracies in website content.
  • Decisions made based solely on website information.
  • Website downtime or technical interruptions.
  • Loss of data arising from website usage.
  • Indirect or consequential damages related to website use.
  • The clinical acts, omissions, decisions, or outcomes of independent partner hospitals, clinics, or treating doctors, who are solely responsible for the medical care they provide.

Because Lifeline Turkey is a facilitator and not a healthcare provider, responsibility for the standard of clinical treatment rests with the treating doctor and hospital. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

You should always seek professional medical consultation before making medical decisions.

14. Privacy & Data Protection

Your use of this website and our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy, which explain how we collect, use, and protect your personal and medical data in line with Turkey’s Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and, where applicable, the GDPR and UK GDPR. Please review these policies alongside these Terms.

15. Changes to These Terms

Lifeline Turkey reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be published on this page. Continued use of the website after changes indicates acceptance of the updated terms. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically.

16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes related to the use of this website or to the services provided by Lifeline Turkey shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Istanbul, Turkey.

Lifeline Turkey operates in accordance with applicable Turkish healthcare and medical-tourism regulations, including the requirements of the Turkish Ministry of Health for health-tourism intermediaries.
